Columbia, MD – On Thursday May 19th Dr. David Anderson will lead a discussion on race, religion, and relationships at the United Nations headquarters in New York, New York.

The World Summit on Innovation and Entrepreneurship is brought to the UN as a partnership with the Mission to the UN and the United States Department of State.  Dr. Anderson, President and CEO of the BridgeLeader Network will lead a discussion among invited leaders and influencers on “Disrupting Race, Religion, and Relationships.”

“I believe that our world must attack racial, ethnic, and religious division with the disruptive process of dialogue,” Anderson said.  “Because comprehension begins with conversation, disruptive dialogue gives voice to real human experiences through live town hall meetings and digital platforms where people can engage each other’s stories.”

Invitation to the World Summit is exclusive to some of the world’s top rising executives, innovators, scientists, storytellers, technologists, researchers, engineers and designers. Past luminaries included Bill Gates; scientists Stephen Hawking, Robert Langer and Neil DeGrasse Tyson; President of Finland, Tarja Halonen; Crown Prince of Norway, Haakon and many of the world’s Fortune 500 innovation captains.

The 2016 presenters include an impressive fusion of business, design, technology and nature: NASA Deputy Administrator; chairmen and CEOs of Henry Schein, Libra Group and China Equity Group; Chief Digital Officer of Allianz; Chief Product Officer of Mastercard; NASA Chief Engineer of Mars 2020; CEOs of Terrafugia, Transatomic Power, Jana and Hinge; Chief Design Officer of Zumtobel Group; Fashion Designer Guo Pei; Director of MIT’s Organic and Nanostructured Electronics Lab; Head of Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence; Chief Scientist of Narrative Science; Chief Scientific Officer of Emulate; and the Chief Architect of MAD Architects.

As a diversity consultant around the world and President of the BridgeLeader Network, Anderson is excited to share how Gracism, the positive extension of favor to other regardless of, or even because of color, class, or culture, can disrupt the negativity of racism in the world as he, and so many other world leaders seek peace and understand.
