Enjoy new dishes from Coho Grill during Howard County Restaurant Weeks, prepared by the new Owner and Executive Chef, Thomas Zippelli. Zippelli, a graduate of Johnson and Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts, worked under Chef Daniel Humm at Eleven Madison Park in New York City for three years and for over two years under Chef Thomas Keller at The French Laundry. Dishes available during restaurant week will include Chicken Breast with a Sweet Corn Porridge, Sunflower Seeds, Pickled Cherries and a Celery Salad; Grilled Peach Salad with Goat Cheese, Arugula, Prosciutto and Balsamic Vinegar; and Potted Chocolate Mousse with a Cookie Crumble.
The casual restaurant, situated on Hobbit’s Glen golf course, features a spacious dining area with multiple fireplaces as well as outdoor patio dining, both with spectacular views of the golf course.
