ANNAPOLIS, Maryland—The mayors of Annapolis, Frederick, Cambridge and Ocean City joined with Maryland Comptroller Peter Franchot in backing legislation before the General Assembly relaxing regulations on craft brewers in the state. The proposals resulted from a task force created by the Comptroller.
