WASHINGTON— Maryland’s Congressional lines were redrawn following the last census. The decision on where those lines would fall was determined by the state’s top legislative leaders–all Democrats. Soon after, residents of Maryland’s Sixth Congressional District filed suit. On Wednesday, the cased landed before the U.S. Supreme Court.
