RECOGNIZE THIS SUSPECT? REWARD OFFERED! Police are offering up to a $1,500 reward for help in identifying a suspect believed to be responsible for several burglaries in the county since 2016. Detectives believe the same suspect may be responsible for burglaries in West Friendship in September 2016; Ellicott City in May 2017; and in Fulton on Apr. 10 of this year.
