Yes, the temperature is rising, the sun is mostly shining, and folks in Howard County are beginning to spend more time outdoors.

This is the season of fairs, festivals, yard sales, picnics, pool parties, barbecues, and all manner of outdoor activity. With any degree of planning, this is also the season to make new friends, get to know neighbors, and learn more about neighboring communities.

From now until October, there are organized outdoor events planned in the county. It’s time to take advantage of the happenings and keep an eye on the calendar.

Savage, Maryland is wasting no time. Their annual event is coming June 2, 2018. There’s no telling how many people will be there, but with an eight-hour event planned, just about everyone in Savage and surrounding communities should have an opportunity to attend. See you there!
