Commercial burglary
Woodbine, 21797: PNC Bank, 15900 block of Old Frederick Road, Sept. 6 1:07 a.m.
Police responded for a report of suspects stealing an ATM from the bank. A short time later, police recovered the ATM, located one suspect and arrested him. Ajaye Kalvin Smith, 26, of Stanton Road SE in Washington, D.C., was arrested and is in the booking process.
Residential burglary
Columbia, 21045: 7300 block of Kerry Hill Court, Sept. 5 2-5 p.m.
Unknown suspect(s) gained entry to the residence by unknown means and stole cash. No signs of forced entry were observed.
Clarksville, 21029: 13500 block of Nichols Drive, late August-early September
Unknown suspect(s) gained entry to an unsecured shed on the property and stole a dirt bike.
Vehicle theft
Columbia, 21046: 9000 block of Constant Course, Sept. 4-5 overnight
