Recovered stolen vehicle
Ellicott City, 21042: 4600 block of Hallowed Stream, Sept. 13 2:59 a.m.
Officers interrupted two suspects breaking into a vehicle. One suspected was taken into custody at the scene; the second fled in the stolen vehicle, struck a traffic island and fled on foot. Officers were unable to locate him. The vehicle was recovered.
ARRESTED: Marque Vereno Holloway, 27, of Tamar Drive in Columbia, charged with the unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, malicious destruction of property, theft and rogue and vagabond

Overdose
Police responded to a non-fatal overdose; Narcan was administered and the person was transported to the hospital.
