Teen Slaps Woman on Halloween; Plus Juvenile with Gun Arrested

6300 block of Windharp Way, Oct. 31 6:38 p.m.
An adult female victim reported that a group of teenage suspects came to the door of her residence. When she opened the door, one of the suspects slapped her and stole candy. No injuries were reported. The investigation is ongoing; no suspect descriptions available.

Weapon violation
Jessup, 20794:
7900 block of Waterloo Road, Oct. 31 9:23 a.m.
Police responded for a report that a male suspect was engaged in a verbal dispute with another subject. He then displayed a handgun at that subject and another witness before fleeing. No one was injured. The investigation is ongoing.


SUSPECT: white male wearing a brown shirt, brown shorts and black shoes

Ellicott City, 21042:
3300 block of North Chatham Road, Oct. 31 2:25 p.m.
Police responded for a report of a male suspect displaying a handgun in the parking lot of the shopping center. Police located the suspect and arrested him after a brief foot pursuit. The weapon was recovered and determined to be a BB gun.
