As of 10:30 pm with 42% of the precincts reporting, Democrat Calvin Ball is leading Republican incumbent Allan Kittleman in the Howard County Executive’s race.
Ball has 53.6% of the vote while Kittleman is lagging behind with 46.3%. At present, Ball has 44,569 votes cast in his favor to compared to Kittleman’s 38,476.

Christiana Rigby (D) in the District 3 race for County Council ran unopposed. With 13 of 22 precincts reporting she has amassed 13,119 votes, totaling 72% of all votes cast.
