Guilford Man Arrested for T-Mobile Robbery

Robbery arrest update
Police have made an arrest in an Aug. 21 robbery of a T-Mobile store in Columbia. An employee reported that a male suspect entered the store in the 6300 block of Dobbin Road, cut a security cord for one of the cell phones, and stole the phone. When the employee confronted him, he threatened her with scissors before fleeing. No one was injured. Through investigation, police identified the suspect and arrested him.

Laurel, 20723:
9900 block of Twin Fawn Trail, Nov. 5 11:37 p.m.
Police responded to the above location for a report of shots fired. They discovered one residence was struck by a bullet; no one was injured. Police also learned that the handgun used had been stolen from a vehicle in the area. The investigation is ongoing.
